New Ways of Working is headed up by Riona Carroll. A member of the Irish Government’s National Advisory Council on Teleworking (NACT) and its successor, the eWork Action Forum, Riona first became interested in e-working about 15 years ago.

Initially a member of Telework Ireland (TWI), Riona became Executive Officer to the organisation in 1997.

In that capacity, she assisted many clients in implementing e-work policy and setting up e-work based businesses. She also initiated and/or was closely involved in a number of other important e-work related initiatives
